Ride The Wave

When I stand by the ocean I think about it’s vastness and how this is just a small piece of an enormous body of water.

The ocean is both peaceful and dangerous.

The water can be calming but can also drown you.

The ocean is a reminder to me of how life comes in waves.

You get amazing moments in life where the waves are calm and you’re filled with pure bliss.

Then there are moments when the wave of life hits you hard and drags you down where you struggle to get above the water to catch your breath.

Life is unpredictable but it’s how you catch the wave that helps you stay above water.

Knowing that you are only seeing a piece of the ocean and never fully understanding the entire body of water is how I view God’s plan.

We aren’t meant to know it all, we are not meant to understand the waves, the tides, the ebb and flow because if we did…

Would we ever go swimming? Would we dare to trust to get in a boat? Would we snorkel? Would we even touch the ocean? Or catch a wave?

I love that something’s are left a mystery and I ride the wave a little more fearless than I did when I was younger. I trust that everything is working out for my highest good and I know that I will survive whatever wave 🌊 that comes my way. Why? Because I’ve made it this far!

Level 42 in life 👏🏻 let’s go 🏄🏻‍♀️
