Caroline Elisabeth, Fearless Female & Business Coach
Today, I’m chatting with Caroline Elisabeth, a successful business coach who has overcome many trials to become a fearless female.
Growing up, Caroline always felt she was a bit of an outsider. As a teenager, she discovered that she had scoliosis. For years, she wore a brace. As a result, she grew up feeling a sense of shame and loneliness.
Caroline also was a tall girl, and was constantly scouted as a model. But, her scoliosis held her back and she saw rejection after rejection. It ate her self-worth and she struggled.
Carving Her Own Path
Being different from everyone else inspired Caroline to carve out her own path. Even though she received a degree in social work, Caroline decided to no longer follow in her father’s footsteps as a social worker. She chose to move into the city and pursue a career in PR and Communications.
She thrived in that world, but it wasn’t fulfilling. After working in the corporate world for a few years, Caroline decided to call it quits. One day, she mailed in her office key and resigned. Giving up a job like that is scary for anyone. But, Caroline learned how to become resilient after experiencing years of rejection, isolation, and fear.
That fearlessness also inspired her to leave an emotionally abusive relationship and live out on her own.
She started on a path of self-discovery that led her to creating her own business as a freelance writer and business coach.
Today, Caroline helps other people grow their business by providing marketing consulting and coaching. She’s living life on her terms.
